Tasting notes
- Deep, almost impenetrable purple. Luminous and with great color density, it leaves a pronounced stain in the glass and thick, slow-moving tears.
- Clean, intense, with good persistence. Ripe fruits predominate (blackcurrants, blackberries, plums), enhanced by the Iberian oak: incense, tobacco, clove, and dark chocolate.
- A luscious and enveloping entry, lively acidity, and a long finish. Sweet, perfectly ripe tannins, a balance between tannic structure and acidic freshness. Refined, fluid, and velvety texture, great intensity, and remarkable elegance.
Consumption and conservation
- This is a perfect wine to enjoy now. If stored under optimal conditions (12-14ºC) at 60% relative humidity and without temperature fluctuations, its lifespan can be extended for several years.
