Its spontaneous malolactic fermentation at low temperature in French oak foudres, with periodic stirring of the lees, results in a wine of high quality and great balance.

- Intense aromas of acidic red fruits, and black in the background, with nuances of aromatic herbs and menthol typical of the surrounding vegetation.
- Subtle spicy presence provided by the wood. Wide and very mouth fresh, long palate with mineral and menthol notes, very lively polished tannins.
